Job summary

CACI is seeking a highly skilled Hardware ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and govern the HAM solution within the ServiceNow platform for the DoD EITaaS program.

You will lead architectural strategy for asset lifecycle, CMDB optimization, and robust integrations across Finance, Procurement, and IT, while guiding developers and partners to maintain best practices and data quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant IT experience; 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep expertise with ServiceNow HAM module and asset management.
• Strong CMDB and Discovery know-how tailored for hardware assets.
• Proven ability to design complex integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems.
• Experience with end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle management.
• Strong ITIL understanding and governance practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term HAM architectural strategy and roadmaps for ServiceNow.
• Lead HAM module design, CMDB data model, relationships, and reconciliation.
• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Integrate HAM with enterprise systems and discovery tools; ensure data integrity.
