Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a ServiceNow Developer role.
• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Privacy Management, IRM or related modules.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and vulnerability management workflows.
• Familiarity with asset management, CMDB and discovery tools.
• Experience creating dashboards and executive reports for vulnerability trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administration for Incidents and Service Requests related to user accounts and data management.
• Develop and deploy ServiceNow and custom applications per SDLC.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Director to address pain points and improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate processes for ease of use and speed.
• Execute upgrade tasks, test plans, and integrations.
• Maintain ServiceNow environments and mid-servers, ensuring data integrity.
• Support onboarding of new agencies/users onto ServiceNow
