Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM and related modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps) and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions meeting business and technical needs.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for ServiceNow.
• Lead implementations, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators.
