Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a Full-Time Senior Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain propane equipment for customers. You will provide emergency response and system testing, and work on daily customer interactions with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include loading and delivering propane, ensuring safety, and supporting emergency deliveries as needed. A high school diploma and several years of related experience are required; CDL-B with hazmat/tanker endorsements are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Good driving record.
• CDL Class B with hazmat and tanker endorsement preferred.
• Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains propane equipment for retail customers.
• Provides emergency response and system installation and testing.
• Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane to destinations.
• Provides exceptional customer service by sharing safety information and answering inquiries.
• May work on propane appliances and assist with deliveries based on customer demand.

Service Technicians can expect to work local routes and be home every night; however, on-call rotations for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries may be needed.
