Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Senior Service and Sales Representative in Sarasota to create frictionless experiences for members and travelers. You will drive enrollment, deliver high-quality service, and follow stringent security protocols in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teammates, resolve inquiries, and ensure proper training while staying compliant with all screening requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability and flexibility for varying shifts.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily.
• Desire to grow into a management or leadership role.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening, plus background checks.
• May include SF-85 and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler and/or member concerns in a timely manner, escalating when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating documents and traveler IDs.
• Assist in training and development of team members, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure frontline triage is completed.

Description

The CLEAR Senior Service and Sales Representative(Senior Ambassador)makes magic happen every day by creating frictionless experiences for our members.

What You'll Do

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about the benefits of CLEAR, as well as supporting other team members in reaching their enrollment goals
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences
• Resolve traveler and/or member concerns or inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner, escalating needs as required/needed.
• Consistently adhere to security procedures by validating airline documents, verifying CLEAR member traveler identification and following all security and safety protocols at all times
• Support Managers and leadership in the training & development of new and existing team members, serving as a subject matter expert to guide on the job training.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software within the operating environment, ensuring front line triage occurs prior to elevating to corporate support team.

Role Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Desire to grow into a management and/or leadership position
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment
