CLEAR is seeking a Senior Service and Sales Representative to create frictionless experiences for our members at our Anchorage location. You will drive enrollments, educate travelers on CLEAR benefits, and maintain high service standards while adhering to security procedures.

The role emphasizes leadership potential, teamwork, and the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments with accuracy. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability and ability to work varied shifts.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day.
• Aspire to grow into management/leadership roles.
• CLEAR and government screening and background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership enrollments by educating travelers about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high-volume enrollment with quality customer experiences.
• Resolve traveler or member concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures and verify traveler identities.
• Support leadership in training new and existing team members.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to ensure frontline readiness.
