You bring 5+ years of carpentry in commercial settings, 3–4 years in a foreman role, and OSHA-10 certification. This union-affiliated firm emphasizes hospitality, reliability, and service excellence in every project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter in commercial construction.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a General Foreman or higher.
• OSHA-10 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• Gardner Builders is signatory to the Carpenters’ Union; membership not required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
• Lead complex commercial repairs and small construction tasks with high quality and safety.
• Coordinate with trade partners for seamless integration of external work.
• Manage project schedule, daily logistics, and client communication.
• Maintain site safety and enforce OSHA compliance.
