Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our Service Desk, solving complex technical issues across servers, networks, and SaaS apps. You will own incidents end-to-end, document outcomes, and drive system improvements in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

You will administer cloud identity platforms, MDM automation, and MDR/XDR tools, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to keep our IT ecosystem secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud identity management (SSO, SAML 2.0, MFA).
• MDM automation tools experience (Google MDM, Kandji, Intune).
• Experience administering Windows, macOS, Linux systems.
• Familiarity with MDR/XDR platforms (Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, Huntress).
• Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across networks, on-premises and cloud.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
• Own complex incidents from report to resolution and document outcomes.
