Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Senior Server Ecosystem Enablement Manager to bridge memory portfolio with leading SoC and IP ecosystem partners. Shape enablement strategies, align roadmaps, and drive memory-subsystem integration with hands-on problem solving, technical specification work with Product Architecture, and clear strategic messaging.

You will analyze market and customer data, manage product lifecycle, and collaborate across sales, engineering, and operations to support roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in product marketing, business analysis, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and customer data.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with data tools and dashboards (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms).
  • Experience with SOC IP Development.
  • Working knowledge of SoC initial bring-up and validation.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC standards for memory.
  • Experience in semiconductor, memory, or storage industry.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product information systems (PIM).
  • Experience presenting to internal stakeholders or leadership teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear market messaging.
  • Experience supporting roadmap planning and product prioritization.
  • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements, especially using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The Senior Server Ecosystem Enablement Manager will serve as the technical bridge between our memory portfolio and leading SoC and IP ecosystem partners. This role will shape enablement strategies, align internal and external technology roadmaps, and drive successful memory-subsystem integration by understanding controller and PHY bring-up, validation readiness, technical dependencies, and schedule risks. We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven leader who can move seamlessly between hands-on technical problem-solving, specification development with Product Architecture, partner influence, and clear strategic messaging.

Minimum Qualifications

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$121,000.00 - $319,000.00 a year

Additional Compensation May Include Benefits, Bonuses And Equity.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
