Job summary

AMD in Austin, TX seeks a Server and AI Product Architect to define EPYC and Instinct GPU product architectures, spanning silicon to software, and map use cases for high‑performance data‑center workloads.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive design decisions, optimize performance, airflow, and power, and push forward next‑generation compute solutions across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define EPYC and Enterprise AI/HPC GPU product and system architecture spanning silicon, platform HW/SW and use cases.
• Collaborate with customers, processors, IP and SOC architects, network and IO device architects, application software developers and system software teams to define requirements.
• Develop next‑generation data‑center compute designs to improve performance and power efficiency.
• Influence future products/solutions by contributing to product and system architecture and technology execution.
