Amsive, a performance marketing agency, is seeking a Sr. Specialist, SEO to support organic search across health, financial, technology, and B2B spaces. You will develop and execute search-driven content and technical strategies, collaborating with a broader team to deliver results.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, and a balance of creativity and analytics. Remote or hybrid work is available, with optional in-office days in NY or Nashville.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of SEO program management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong written/verbal communication and collaborative work style.
• Experience with SEO tools and data analysis to support strategy.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic scripting is a plus.

• Define and execute organic search strategy for clients, focusing on content and optimization.
• Conduct site audits and prioritize SEO opportunities by impact and effort.
• Document recommendations and coordinate with internal and client teams for implementation.
• Perform competitive analyses to identify opportunities and monitor performance using SEO tools.
• Translate data into actionable insights tied to KPIs like leads and revenue.
• Assist in developing and communicating organic search roadmaps and deliverables.
• Support in creating content briefs and on-page recommendations based on keyword research.
• QA of technical SEO implementations and staying updated on industry trends.
