Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You act as the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will work remotely with US clients on live calls, employing GA4, Search Console, and AI-assisted tooling to drive performance and align SEO with business goals.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO; you have run audits and fixed issues yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO roadmap: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Get clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and outline quarterly roadmaps for each client.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring
