Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's or higher in electronics/EE or related field and 5+ years in semiconductor layout design.
• Deep working knowledge of leading EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, Calibre).
• Demonstrated root-cause analysis and debugging abilities with collaboration across engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of design rules and delivering quality layouts.
• Solid physical verification analysis and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize logistics and resources to meet deadlines.
• Lead major block developments and contribute to layout automation improvements.
• Provide direction and ensure quality-controlled results across global teams.
