Honeywell Technologies in Richardson, TX is seeking a Lead Semiconductor Technician who will own the assigned manufacturing equipment, drive uptime, minimize scrap, manage tool cycle time, and establish preventive maintenance requirements to sustain production.

You will report directly to the Supervisor and operate on-site at our Richardson facility, collaborating with Process and Product Engineering to optimize performance and ensure equipment availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in equipment repair.
• Experience optimizing semiconductor equipment performance.
• Developing & maintaining equipment configurations for form, fit, & function.
• Monitor & control equipment inputs & outputs.

Responsabilités

• Owns the equipment in the assigned production area and takes ownership of the manufacturing tools.
• Adheres to the Honeywell Operating System procedures, ensuring OEE requirements on critical tools.
• Reduces equipment scrap, coordinates repair and maintenance activities.
• Optimizes quality and cycle time by working with Process & Product Engineering and providing performance data; manages inventory replenishment.
• Performs other activities related to semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
