Job summary

W.F. Baird is seeking a Sediment Remediation Lead to provide senior-level leadership for the sediment remediation practice, leading complex studies in aquatic environments including CERCLA RI/FS and remedial design.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships nationwide, and provide expert witness and litigation support with clear technical communication. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

Senior-level leadership for sediment remediation projects including CERCLA RI/FS and remedial design.
Strong client service and long-term client relationships.
Experience as Expert Witness/Consultant on litigation support projects.
10+ years of progressive responsibility in engineering or environmental consulting.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams engaged in sediment remediation design, related technical studies, and litigation support assignments.
Develop and expand sediment remediation services in partnership with Remediation Services Lead.
Work with senior leadership to develop nationwide business development strategies for sediment remediation projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner firms to support project delivery and growth.
Provide expert witness and expert consultant services with clear technical communication.
