Job summary

A security solutions provider seeks a Lead Security Technician to perform installation of security systems, including Card Access, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection systems. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work flexible shifts. Responsibilities involve executing project installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as the primary client contact. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required along with physical capability to lift and handle equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling.
• Proven experience in leading project teams and reporting to a Foreman/Project Manager.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute project installations as directed by the Project Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, representing the company professionally.
