Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of security systems, safety practices, CCTV, access controls, IT and regulatory compliance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 9+ years of experience with security systems, safety practices, CCTV, access controls, IT, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with computer software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs of security systems in a safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally sound manner.
• Supports and evaluates corrective, preventive, and predictive security maintenance programs.
• Coordinates system testing requirements, protection projects and upgrades, and tracks performance.
• Develops security plans, procedures, testing materials, and training documents with management.
• Oversees access control, CCTV, vehicle barriers, and integrated security systems including field hardware.
• Guides contractors and ensures compliance with safety and procedural reviews.
