Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
• 7+ years in law enforcement or security with supervisory experience preferred.
• Armed C.L.E.E.T. certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal safety/health regulations and enforcement.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and security documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct guard and patrol activities across property.
• Develop and enforce security procedures and TW policies.
• Review reports and conduct follow-up investigations.
• Analyze traffic and parking and suggest improvements.
• Maintain electronic records, databases and security documentation.
• Supervise Security Officers and manage schedules.
