Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience in a DoD security environment.
• Expert knowledge of security principles, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to review and resolve complex security problems.
• Deep understanding of intelligence community missions and unique security requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a multi-disciplinary security program to protect collateral and classified information.
• Provide counterintelligence support, including Foreign Disclosure, OPSEC, COMSEC, and TEMPEST.
• Coordinate security inspections, investigations, inquiries, and staff visits with detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain security plans and procedures for safeguarding classified information.
• Advise organizations on protection of classified information across supported programs.
• Conduct counterintelligence threat assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide broad, multi-discipline security support across Information, Personnel, Industrial, Physical, and SETA.
