Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Six or more years of professional classified security experience in a corporate or government environment.
• Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret DoD Security Clearance as well as SAP and SCI accesses.
• Familiarity with DoD SAP Manuals (e.g., DoDM 5205.07), ICD 705, and the NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict accountability records for classified materials, including Top Secret holdings.
• Process security clearances, manage access rosters, and conduct indoctrination and debriefing briefings for cleared personnel.
• Deep familiarity with DoD SAP Manuals (e.g., DoDM 5205.07), ICD 705, and the NISPOM.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, managers, and contractors on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program.
• Establish SAPFs, SCIFs, and Open Storage Areas in accordance with program requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement classified procedures and CONOPs based on customer directives and policies.
