• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD or USAF programs (preferably in an acquisition environment).

• Deliver multi‑disciplinary security support across information security, personnel security, operations security, industrial security, communications security, acquisition security, physical security, general security, and anti‑terrorism/force protection.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement safeguards to protect personnel, property, facilities, information systems, and mission-critical operations.
• Prevent unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss of sensitive information.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to program leadership, offering informed recommendations on security posture, compliance and risk mitigation.
• Assist with the development and execution of security plans, procedures, and training programs.
• Respond effectively to dynamic or emergent security situations with sound judgment and timely action.
• Ensure security compliance with DoD, USAF, and program‑specific requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Senior Security Specialist, you will provide security support to Air Force programs within the HN organization at Hanscom AFB. Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• BA/BS Degree
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD or USAF programs, preferably within an acquisition environment.
  

The expected annual salary range: $118k - $129k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
