Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation in Bedford, MA is seeking an Activity Security Representative III to provide day-to-day security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The role includes classification reviews, document control, mail processing, and access control duties.

You will work with government personnel to process clearances, maintain logs, and mentor Team Members while enforcing SOPs and supporting security awareness programs at a client facility.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related security experience.
• SFPC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Maximum SPED Certifications credit is 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree (Desired) credits 4 years; Associate's degree credits 2 years.
• Minimum of 2 years SAP experience.
• Prior active duty in the U.S. Air Force is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Activity Security Representative provides multi-disciplined security support for collateral, SCI and SAP activities.
• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability databases and logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Maintain facility access control badges and related processes.
• Escort visitors and manage entry logs and visitor control.
• Assist in processing security clearances with government personnel.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
