Qualifications

• Ability to develop and manage compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Childcare Background Check procedures and concepts.
• Support compliance reviews and policy updates.
• Prepare monthly investigation status and performance summaries.

Knowledge of Office of Personnel Management standards

Database management and reporting skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in security studies or related field

10 years of relevant personnel security experience in lieu of degree
