Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex security products or cloud-scale distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of security protocols and modern web application security.
• Expert-level Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js skills.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and production-level experience with Apache Flink and Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on building scalable security products.
• Manage delivery timelines and risk mitigation to ensure successful product milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Security Architects to define product specifications.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and security best practices across the development lifecycle.
