NCC Group is seeking a Senior Security Consultant for US Privacy & Assurance. This remote role focuses on helping clients identify, manage, and reduce cybersecurity and privacy risk through advisory and assessment services, with emphasis on CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws.

You will lead Privacy Impact Assessments, map data flows, and translate regulatory obligations into practical controls, working with legal, compliance, privacy, and technology teams to deliver trusted, high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering privacy, cybersecurity, risk, and assurance engagements for clients in regulated industries.
• Experience advising on privacy and security programs including governance, risk management, and data protection.
• Knowledge of US privacy laws and regulations, incl. CCPA/CPRA and state privacy requirements.
• Experience conducting assessments against frameworks such as HITRUST CSF, NIST CSF, NYDFS, HIPAA.

• Lead and deliver privacy, cybersecurity, risk, and assurance engagements to meet client requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on US privacy regulations and data protection.
• Deliver assurance and compliance engagements against industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Support business development through scoping, planning, and estimation of engagements.
• Contribute to development of NCC Group's privacy offerings and methodologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery excellence.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables including reports and remediation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated privacy and security solutions.
