Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior Security Policy Analyst and Action Officer to formulate, staff, and reconcile national and DoW security governance. You will support policy development and training on Classification Management and Program Protection for DoW and national needs.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves coordinating with DoW CIO, DCSA, Joint Staff, and other federal entities to integrate program protection and information security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree required
• 10 years of national DoW information security policy experience
• 5 years experience affecting DoW and non-DoW entities
• 5 years in policy drafting, staffing, and coordinating DoW publications
• 3 years in policy development and inter/intra-agency coordination
• 4 years security policy/operational staff experience at OSW/JCS/Military headquarters

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of national and DoW policy, guidance, and training on Classification management and Program Protection, about three times per year.
• Facilitate security reviews and assess/recommend guidance and Program Protection Plans, about twice per year.
• Collaborate with R&E, A&S, CIO, DCSA, Joint Staff, and other entities to align program protection, SCRM, CI, and information security policies across the org.
