Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior General Security Operations and Program Security Support to bolster the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO divisions. The role emphasizes protecting DoD information, managing clearances, and coordinating security programs across SIPRNET and JWICS while supporting contractual security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active or current secret clearance verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field with ten (10) years of DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with twelve (12) years of experience in the DoD.
• Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category, eight (8) years in the DoD.
• Senior‑level candidates must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing full‑time DoD security functions, or a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of full‑time security experience.
• Level‑1 certified in the Defense Security Service (DSS) or currency with DSS training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Current collateral Secret or Top Secret clearance as specified for applicable support areas.
• Eligible for additional security investigations and program access requirements including SAP or SCI access.
• Must support requirements involving SIPRNET and JWICS access and comply with related handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with security operations support for the F/B Directorate and prepare security briefings.
• Record and track security program actions and manage related databases.
• Maintain a JPAS account and verify personnel security clearances, processing records.
• Develop security requirements into contractual commitments and coordinate DD Form 254.
• Assist personnel with security investigation paperwork and tracking of clearances.
• Operate access control for WBV Bomber support with badge issuance and strict access control.
• Support security programs across DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC and related directorates.
• Serve as the focal point for security and coordinate solutions for deficiencies.
• Support SIPRNET/JWICS communications and handling of classified information.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and publication of classified products and meetings.
• Perform end‑of‑day safety and security checks for facilities.
• Identify security issues and recommend changes to policy and procedures.
