Qualifications

• 10+ years in a corporate security field.
• 5+ years leading multi-location teams for a technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; security certifications (CTH, CPP, CPO) a plus.
• Established network of industry peers in security disciplines.
• Experience developing governance processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations programs for California locations and partner with senior leaders.
• Oversee contract security services and physical security standards.
• Develop and manage operational metrics, KPIs, and SLAs with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement security awareness and training programs.
• Manage budgets and ensure accountability for projects and initiatives.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Global Security and resiliency efforts.
• Respond to after-hours escalations and emergencies as needed.
• Engage with business unit leaders to align security strategies.
