Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Operations professional to own day-to-day security operations, tune enterprise tools, and drive automation. You will lead advanced detection and response across endpoints, identity, apps, and cloud, translating threat intel into prioritized remediation for owners.

You will mentor staff, develop runbooks, and lead tabletop exercises while partnering with platform teams to close gaps and improve coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CISSP, CISM, OSCP or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tune the enterprise EDR platform and investigate escalated detections.
• Develop and maintain automation and playbooks to reduce manual analyst effort.
• Monitor SIEM, log sources, and threat intel to improve detections and response.
• Lead investigations and coordinate containment, eradication and recovery actions.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to runbooks and tabletop exercises.
