Job summary

Imprint is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Security to own the security foundation across AI, cloud, and application domains. You will balance hands-on work with strategic direction, building scalable security capabilities to support multiple enterprise partners and a fast-growing fintech platform.

You will lead detection, identity, and governance efforts, ensuring robust security posture while enabling rapid product development and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, building security function from early stages.
• Ability to design and implement controls, not just identify problems.
• Experience reading code in production languages (Go, TypeScript, Python).
• Detection engineering: built SIEM or SOAR pipelines from log sources through triage.

Responsibilities

• Own AI security: threat-model Imprint's agent surfaces for prompts and authorization.
• Build AI-native security capabilities to scale a small team.
• Oversee application security, cloud security, and identity management.
• Lead compliance work for SOC 2, PCI, ISO with governance and controls.
• Drive partner and customer security responses and reviews.
