JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Lead Security Engineer in Plano to join the Cyber Technology & Controls team. You will deliver secure software solutions, contribute as a core technical team member, and help protect the firm’s networks and applications from threats.

The role requires strong cloud security, secure coding, threat modeling, and extensive experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. You will influence security controls across multiple business functions while supporting a diverse

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
3+ years of experience designing and implementing Confidential Computing solutions in cloud environments.
Skilled in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-level security solutions.
Advanced in one or more programming languages and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

Executes creative security solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with non-routine approaches.
Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others.
Minimizes vulnerabilities by following industry insights and regulations to evolve security protocols.
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify security needs and recommend mitigations during vulnerabilities.
