The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Associate in Security Engineering to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. You’ll manage privileged access systems, help implement AI-based security capabilities, and shape our security architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This role offers growth opportunities as you tackle complex security challenges, provide 24x7 operational support for privileged management tools, and drive system

Qualifications

• Experience with privileged access management in on-prem and cloud.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization systems (AD, OAuth, OIDC, AWS IAM).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Strong security architecture fundamentals and design.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support for privileged management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Hashi, PKI).
• Support lifecycle, patching, upgrades, and alignment with security standards.
• Assist in system enhancements to improve platform user experience and automation.
• Escalate architectural or design issues to senior engineering staff as needed.
