Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in the United States is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, PKI & Network Edge to join our Security Architecture and Engineering team. This senior IC role owns the security of DNS, PKI, and WAF, designing standards and guardrails.

You will partner with Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Cloud, Product Security, and App Development to reduce risk, prevent outages from certificate expiry, and protect web-facing assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience securing internet-facing assets.
• Experience across DNS security, PKI, and WAF domains.
• Strong automation via IaC (Terraform) and scripting (Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and tune DNS security and domain governance.
• Own enterprise certificate program and PKI lifecycle.
• Lead WAF configuration and edge protection initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, and Product Security teams.
• Develop security standards and automate enforcement.
