As a Senior Security Engineer on the Security Operations team in California, you will detect, investigate, and respond to threats across our environment, while shaping detection capabilities and automating responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response with end-to-end ownership.
• Advanced knowledge of security principles, tools, and practices used in detection and response.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python or SOAR) and experience with REST APIs.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and tune detections across the security stack to identify and mitigate threats.
• Lead incident response for high-severity investigations from triage to remediation.
• Build and maintain security automation workflows to reduce manual toil in detection and response.
• Own and improve SIEM/data pipeline health including log source onboarding, parsing, and alert tuning.
