Job summary

Credit Genie is looking for a Senior Security Engineer in Philadelphia to lead the design, implementation, and management of security infrastructure. You will work closely with multiple teams within the organization to ensure systems are secure and compliant. Ideal candidates will have a BS/MS/PhD in a relevant field, along with experience in Operations, Engineering or Cloud Security. Qualifications

• Passionate about advocating for and implementing solutions to complex problems in a large multi-cloud environment.
• Ability to lead threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

Responsibilities

• Design new security tools and improve existing ones for operational reliability.
• Automate security processes and analyze security findings.
• Maintain cloud security policies and detection rules.

Skills

Experience in Development Operations, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Security Architecture, Cloud Security or Offensive Security

Fluent in one or more modern coding languages (Python, Go, Java, JavaScript)

Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible)

Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure and/or containers (Kubernetes)

Education

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field
