Job summary

Triumph is seeking a senior security engineer to balance hands-on engineering with strategic security program leadership. You will strengthen security controls across cloud, on‑prem, and data platforms, drive DLP initiatives, and collaborate with Security Operations and Infrastructure teams to mitigate evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience securing cloud, endpoint, network, identity, and data environments.
• Hands-on DLP/data security experience including encryption, classification, access controls.

Responsibilities

• Engineer & strengthen security solutions across cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, network, identity, and data environments.
• Own and support enterprise security platforms, integrations, troubleshooting, and complex technical escalations.
• Drive data security and DLP initiatives, including data discovery, classification, access controls, encryption, policy development, and DLP technologies such as Microsoft Purview.
• Automate and improve security operations using scripting, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps practices.
• Support security operations and investigations, including incident response, remediation, recovery, and improving security visibility.
• Lead security projects from concept through implementation, including requirements, solution design, testing, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Serve as a security subject matter expert, mentoring others, and establishing security standards and best practices.
