Oshi Health is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of our remote, cloud-native healthcare platform. You will shape security architecture, lead identity and secrets management, and embed security across engineering and AI workflows from the ground up.

You will drive threat modeling, secure design reviews, and secure code reviews focused on access-control and secrets exposure, while enabling scalable security tooling and vendor risk assessments for PHI data.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
• 6+ years in security engineering with focus on application/product and cloud (AWS).
• Experience in healthcare/regulated data environments is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with secure SDLC tooling (SAST/DAST, secret scanning, CodeQL).
• Strong IAM expertise including Okta, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA, non-human identities.

Responsabilidades

• Own application and product security, including threat modeling and secure design reviews.
• Design security architecture for agentic SDLC and related controls.
• Build and manage non-human identity and secrets management at scale.
• Secure AWS environment end-to-end (IAM, networking, logging, encryption).
• Enforce security tooling (GitHub Advanced Security, branch protection, CODEOWNERS).
• Review AI/third-party integrations touching PHI for data flows and DLP needs.
• Own vulnerability management and penetration-testing relationships; drive closure.
• Support HIPAA Security Rule safeguards and detection/response capabilities.
