ManTech is recruiting a Senior Security Control Assessor to join a team supporting FBI ISs with security assessment, authorization, and configuration management. The role requires handling SAA packages, ISAs/MOUs, SSP reviews, and coordination of inspections to ensure ATO readiness.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years as ISSR or cleared work, 10+ years in cybersecurity, and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Active Top Secret clearance or higher with ability to obtain SCI eligibility prior to start.
• Minimum of 7 years serving as ISSR or in a cleared facility.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in computer science or cybersecurity-related fields.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert Security Assessment and Authorization (SAA) guidance and documentation.
• Manage configuration management (CM) plans, policies, and procedures for complex systems.
• Lead ISAs/MOAs/MOUs for interconnection between FBI ISs and non-FBI or joint-use systems.
• Review System Security Plans (SSPs) and negotiate testing levels with FBI officials.
• Coordinate security inspections, tests, and final SAA packages for ATO decisions.
• Advise on vulnerabilities and residual risk and maintain baselines and change control.
