Long View Systems is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to deliver security solutions from our Houston or Dallas branch. You will work with Microsoft Defender 365, Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Purview to provide threat protection and recommendations to Long View clients.

Responsibilities include analyzing client architecture, defining implementation plans, configuring cloud discovery, and collaborating with senior consultants to deliver proven security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering security solutions and consulting.
• 5+ years in multi-technology solutions within diverse business.
• Experience designing and implementing security controls.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft security solutions.
• Experience delivering workshops to end clients.
• Familiarity with IT industry frameworks.
• Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant.

Responsibilities

• Implement industry leading security solutions by understanding client requirements through your savvy business and technical consulting skills.
• Validate clients' existing architecture, identify gaps and assist the various business and technical teams with gathering their business use cases.
• Provide a technical implementation plan and assist with the configuration of cloud discovery.
• Work as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
• Team up with other senior consultants to create and implement proven solutions.
