Job summary

Suvi is seeking a Tool/API Integrator to support the TSA Enterprise Architecture Support Team in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on integrating the EA Repository and metamodel with ServiceNow and CSDM, developing APIs, XML interfaces, and ETL processes for seamless data exchange across EA tools and repositories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in tool integration, API development and systems interoperability.
• Hands-on experience with API development (RESTful, XML), ETL, data feeds.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and CSDM integration.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and repositories.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the EA Repository tool and metamodel with ServiceNow and CSDM, ensuring compatibility with existing EA data.
• Develop, customize, and troubleshoot APIs, XML interfaces, data feeds, and ETL processes for data exchange between EA tools and repositories.
• Support provisioning and management of Ins-Pi (YouDesign), including licenses, setup, and remote enablement.
• Provide advisory and setup support for Ins-Pi and for repository setup/data load and training.
• Collaborate with ADMB and stakeholders to address integration challenges and provide ongoing technical support.
• Reconcile information across systems and suggest enhancements to enable progress and decision-making.
• Support flexible requirements related to tool integration via contract modifications and cost negotiation.
• Ensure TSA-approved collaboration tools and compliance with DHS/TSA security and data management policies.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize data flows for governance, reporting, modeling, and modernization.
