Job summary

FNF Group is seeking a Senior Automation Architect to lead design, development, and optimization of cross-functional automation solutions. This role acts as a technical authority on architecture decisions, integration patterns, and engineering best practices within the ORCA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or automation engineering with at least 2 years in security or infra
• Experience delivering production automation platforms or data pipelines at enterprise scale
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction
• Experience integrating ITSM, identity, vulnerabilities, threat intel
• Proficient in Python with async patterns, packaging, and CI/CD integration
• Strong REST API design, versioning, OAuth 2.0 and Managed Identity
• Experience with Kubernetes/AKS and container orchestration
• Data lake design with schema evolution and partitioning
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and tool-calling patterns
• Linux admin with systemd, networking, security hardening
• Infrastructure as Code: Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline design
• SQL: complex queries and performance

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions
• Define integration standards, data flow patterns, and reusable framework components
• Design and maintain the data lake architecture for centralized automation telemetry and reporting
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge transfer
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements to enhance capability and scale
