SiTime Corp. seeks a senior Security Architect to own the target-state architecture across identity, data protection, cloud, and endpoint security.

You’ll define baselines by environment, shape segmentation, and lead security design reviews for new systems while partnering with IT Engineering and the CISO office. In this build role, you’ll set boundaries for AI adoption, collaborate with the Head of AI, and ensure architecture decisions land as measurable configurations rather than documents,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security and enterprise-scale experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• CISSP and/or CCSP or equivalent cloud security certification.
• Deep architecture experience across identity, data protection, cloud (Azure, AWS), network segmentation and endpoint.
• Experience using NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27001 as architecture inputs.
• Proven ability to influence engineering and business decisions without direct authority.
• English proficiency for professional business environment.

Responsabilités

• Define target-state security architecture across identity, data, endpoint, network, cloud and SaaS, with a sequenced roadmap to reach it.
• Set minimum control baselines by environment and risk tier.
• Design segmentation and ingress/egress controls for labs and engineering networks.
• Own security design review for new systems and major changes; approve designs or require compensating controls.
• Produce reference architectures and reusable patterns for scalable deployment.
• Be the security architect for Head of AI and team; define security architecture for sanctioned AI use including data boundaries, access, tenancy, logging and monitoring.
• Define data classification, protection and loss prevention across endpoint, email, collaboration, cloud and AI tooling.
• Evaluate emerging technology and position SiTime before adoption outpaces controls.
• Partner with Security Engineering to land architecture as deployed configurations.
