Job summary

SQA Solution is seeking a Security Architect to lead security architecture across applications, services, and infrastructure. You will work with engineering to design secure systems, emphasizing backend security and cloud protections.

You will conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews, while establishing secure coding standards and review processes across the organization. Collaboration with DevOps on cloud security and CI/CD hardening is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in software engineering or security architecture roles.
• Strong backend security expertise with full-stack background.
• Proficient in Python, Go, C/C++, Rust or similar.
• Experience securing fintech or security-critical environments.
• Knowledge of cryptography, authentication, authorization, key management.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiar with OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001 security frameworks.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Blockchain or distributed ledger experience preferred.
• Security certifications such as CISSP/OSCP/CEH preferred.

• Define and evolve security architecture across applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering teams to design secure software systems with backend focus.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews for systems.
• Establish and improve secure coding standards and review processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps on cloud security, container security, and CI/CD hardening.
• Evaluate and implement security tools for vulnerability management and incident response.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on secure development.
• Monitor emerging threats and align with compliance standards.
