Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Security Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our Tempe, AZ team. This role focuses on incident response, forensics, threat analysis, and security monitoring across multiple environments to detect, investigate, and mitigate cyber threats.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, a solid risk management background, and relevant certifications to strengthen our security program. Hybrid work options may be available depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations or Information Security.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ISSMP, SANS, GIAC, GCIA, CISM, CEH, GCFA, GCFE, GCIH, or GSEC preferred.
• Experience across security domains including Incident Response, Forensics, Governance, Risk Management, Network Security, or Threat & Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with information security risk management, audits, reviews, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of artifacts to determine intrusion methods and remediation steps.
• Strong Incident Response knowledge and experience.
• Investigate cybersecurity events across multiple environments using various tools and techniques.
• Develop information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead junior analysts and balance multiple activities.
• Collaborate with compliance teams and auditors to ensure adherence to policies.
• Create reports analyzing activities or trends within and outside the organization.
• Support detections, playbooks, and automations for threat detection and response.
