Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Specialist Engineering Management SME4 to design, configure, integrate, test, and maintain secure network solutions for U.S. Army and DoD missions.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with enterprise networking, network security, firewalls, VPNs, routing, virtualization, Windows and Linux, and security monitoring tools.

You will work on CSfC aligned architectures, develop documentation, and collaborate with government customers and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, cybersecurity, IT or related field.
• 5–10+ years of enterprise networking, IT or cybersecurity experience.
• Expert knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, segmentation, IDS/IPS.
• Experience with Windows, RHEL, VMware, PowerShell, and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and maintain secure network architectures meeting CSfC and DoD security requirements.
• Translate mission and security needs into executable network designs and solutions.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPN gateways, routers, switches, and IDS/IPS from multiple vendors.
• Develop VMware-based virtualized environments for secure services.
• Automate configurations and monitoring with Bash and PowerShell.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configs, test plans, and SOPs.
• Travel up to 25% for site surveys and deployments.
