Strive Solutions is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, build, and modernize secure enterprise applications for federal missions within an IT & Digital Solutions team.

You will lead end-to-end development, implement DevSecOps, apply agile practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver mission outcomes and improve citizen services. Mentoring other developers and shaping technical direction are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building secure enterprise applications with modern web/service technologies.
• Strong API and cloud development skills; ability to design for scalability and reliability.
• Solid understanding of compliance-focused development and secure engineering principles.
• Ability to mentor, lead, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
