Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior SecOps Analyst to monitor, detect, and respond to threats across endpoints, cloud, and networks. You’ll lead incident responses and drive detection improvements with engineering teams.

You will conduct threat hunting, model threats, and build automation while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating with stakeholders. U.S. Top Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in security monitoring, log analysis, and detection engineering across large data sets.
• Proficiency in Python for SOC automation and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM languages (SPL, KQL, SQL).
• Experience analyzing data in a data lake environment.
• Broad security knowledge across endpoints, networks, identity and cloud.
• Understanding attacker TTPs across Windows, Linux, MacOS, AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to multi-discipline alerts and incidents (phishing, endpoints, cloud, SaaS).
• Create and optimize detection signatures and playbooks; enable automation.
• Lead detections feedback loops to reduce false positives.
• Collaborate in threat modeling with Cloud, Mobile, Endpoints teams.
• Conduct threat hunting and establish data baselines for anomalies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident investigations; communicate findings.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide detection maturity across teams.
