Job summary

Ziosk is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Plano, TX team. This on-site role focuses on AI-native quality engineering, building automation, and risk-based testing across Android, cloud services, APIs, and web apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in software development, test automation, or quality engineering.
Experience developing automated tests using modern programming languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience validating complex software features and end-to-end business workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
Create automated tests for interfaces, APIs, backend services, and critical end-to-end workflows.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design, automation, defect investigation, and coverage improvement.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support quality gates for releases.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Engineers to improve testability and release velocity.
