Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer in the United States (South Dakota) with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, security infrastructure, and network optimization. The role covers firewalls, load balancers, SD‑WAN, and Cisco Meraki solutions.

The candidate will manage core, edge, production, and data centre networks, coordinate with vendors, and maintain detailed documentation while driving continuous improvement and quality controls in network

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise networking experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• CCNP or CISSP certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support customer network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless access points.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Administer and optimize F5 and NetScaler load balancers to support high availability and performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches across core, edge, production, and data centre environments.
• Deploy and manage Cisco SD‑WAN solutions and Cisco Meraki routers, switches, and access points.
• Design and deploy networking solutions across data centre environments.
• Participate in network design, implementation, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide Level 3 support for escalated network incidents and coordinate with OEMs and vendors as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of network services.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations, incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to applicable quality control standards and inspection protocols.
