Job summary

RTX’s Aurora, CO facility seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead an Agile software team delivering satellite ground system software. You will coordinate engineers and architects to design, develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge applications in a secure, DevSecOps‑driven environment.

You will apply modern agile practices, work with Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka in containerized architectures, and support large defense projects with a focus on security, reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Experience developing object-oriented software using Java.
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain TS/SCI without Polygraph prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps methods and tools.
• Knowledge of containerized applications and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
